Within strolling distance of Hotel 59 are some of Sydney's best restaurants as well as innumerable others with prices to suit all budgets.
The variety of cuisines offered are eclectic with modern Australian, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Moroccan.

Hotel 59 is within easy access of most of Sydney's tourist icons [Opera house, Harbour bridge] Elizabeth bay with historic elizabeth bay house , Rushcutters bay with the Australian yacth club and sailing, Darlinghurst for great inexpensive restaurants and Paddington for great fashion, all are within walking distance of Hotel 59.

Nearby Circular Quay has ferries leaving by the minute for wonderful destinations - Taronga Zoo [world-class], or Manly - with it's golden
beaches or simply a coffee or dinner cruise, Watsons bay with famous Doyles seafood restaurant.

A healthy stroll from our door through the magnificent Botanic Gardens will bring you right to the steps of the Opera House, public transport including train and bus are very close to us, no need for car while you stay at hotel 59.

A blue mountains tour can be arranged while you are here.

from the airport right to our door.They do not need pre booking [reasonably priced]

If you are driving into Sydney just tell us from which
direction and we will happily provide directions [very simple]

If you like to feel the 'buzz' of a locality you will enjoy our streetside cafe where breakfast is served each morning and the cafe continues on to serve light healthy meals during the day.

Cafe 59 spills onto the footpath offering that quintessential Sydney 'cafe society' ambience. Guests can relax and read the morning papers or numerous magazines provided.
